Let Grow is a non-profit organization co-founded by Jonathan Haidt (author of The Anxious Generation) and Lenore Skenazy (the "Free-Range Kids" mother) that serves as the practical "how-to" for restoring a play-based childhood.

Appstinence is a youth-led movement that encourages people—specifically Gen Z—to completely opt out of the "attention economy" by quitting social media and addictive technology entirely.

The Reconnect movement is a powerful, youth-led initiative that has become a key ally to the mission of The Anxious Generation. Founded by Seán Killingsworth while he was a college student, it was born out of his own realization that social media had created a "social wasteland" where face-to-face connection had become nearly impossible.

The Anxious Generation sparked a global conversation that grew into TAG, a movement advancing four new norms to rewire childhood.
